We officially changed to a grammar school and were renamed as HKSKH Bishop Hall Secondary School. We also changed our students' uniform design marking this milestone.

The Right Reverend Louis Tsui, Bishop of Diocese of Eastern Kowloon, and the Reverend Canon Francis Yip, the School Founder & Supervisor, officiated our School's New Annex Dedication and Unveiling Ceremony in July.

On 22 November, the Right Reverend Gilbert Baker, the then Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Hong Kong and Macau, and The Reverend Canon Christopher Hall, son of Bishop Ronald Owen Hall, officiated the Dedication and Unveiling Ceremony respectively.

吳克進先生被委任為何明華會督職業訓練學校首任校長。
Mr. Ng Hak Tsun was appointed as the first Principal of Bishop Hall Prevocational School.
本校創辦於1978年9月，由於校舍仍未建成，校方暫借紅磡聖匠職業訓練學校校舍上課，並以維多利亞教區及港粵教區第七任主教何明華會督命名。
The school was established in September 1978, named after The Right Reverend Ronald Owen Hall, the seventh Bishop of Victoria in Hong Kong & the Diocese of South China. During 1978-1979, when the campus construction was not yet completed, Holy Carpenter Prevocational School at Hung Hom was served as the temporary campus.
